Guidelines for Full & Short Papers

Overview

This page outlines the submission requirements for the Full and Short Paper tracks at Augmented Humans 2026. Submissions are reviewed under a double-blind policy and, upon acceptance, will appear in the ACM Digital Library and follow the ACM TAPS production workflow.

The submission system will be opened by October 18th.

Tracks and Length

Full papers — up to 16 pages (single column), excluding references; anonymized for review.

Short papers — up to 8 pages (single column), excluding references; anonymized for review.


All page limits exclude references. Reviews are double-blind: please remove author names, affiliations, and identifying information from the PDF and any supplementary files.

Deadlines

Full/Short Paper — Submission Deadline: November 18th, 2025

Full/Short Paper — Decisions to Authors: January 15th, 2026

Full/Short Paper — Camera-Ready: TBD

Submission Format & Templates

Submission site: Please submit via EasyChair.

Review format: Single-column manuscript for review using the ACM Primary Article Template (Word or LaTeX). Submissions must be anonymized.

Production: Upon conditional acceptance, authors will follow the ACM TAPS workflow to produce the publication-ready PDF and HTML5.

Templates and quick links:

• Use the single-column Word Submission Template or the single-column LaTeX Template for review. For LaTeX, a typical option is \\documentclass[manuscript, review, anonymous]{acmart}.

• For publication (after conditional acceptance), use the single-column Word or the double-column LaTeX configuration (e.g., \\documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}) per ACM TAPS guidance.

Presentation & Additional Notes

Presentation format: Talk length and Q&A duration will be announced later on this page.

Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present in person (exceptions may be considered in emergencies, e.g., visa issues, by the general chairs).

Open Access: Accepted papers are published Open Access in ACM ICPS. For APC information, please refer to the Submission Guidelines page.
