The Augmented Humans Conference awards a Best Paper award, Honorable Mention awards, a Lasting Impact award, and Special Recognition awards. The Best Paper award and Honorable Mentions will be selected among the publications in AHs 2021; a subset of publication will be selected based on the review scores and reviewer recommendation for awards, that is further reviewed by the award panel that consists of field experts in Human Augmentation.
The Lasting Impact award recognizes the top cited paper from the corresponding conference 10 years ago. Awarded annually, if the top cited paper is ambiguous, the award panel will vote to decide. Special Recognition awards are given to papers that had a groundbreaking, provocative or real-world impact, beyond what their citation numbers indicate. The steering committee will collect recommendations for the award with which the committee will discuss an awardee. Should the committee be unable to decide on one paper, no award or multiple awards may be given.
We are accepting nominations for Special Recognition Awards. Please send the info about an Augmented Human publication with a brief description of why it is recommended to [email protected].
